Passport Photos
Our staff is trained to take your picture for local or federal documents such as passports, firearm, liqueur licenses and more. We use recognized standards for size, lighting and print paper so that your photos meet the standards of the document you are applying for.
Bowers Photo specializes in passport photos of many countries. Please bring all necessary documentation when you come in for your photo to be taken. We can accommodate many different requirements, but we must have the correct specifications. We will not be held responsible for foreign country guidelines unless you bring the proper guidelines with you.
United States passport and immigration photos must be photographed according to the official publication by the US Government that details all specifications on Passport size photos. We are familiar with those specifications but you may check out all other documentation needed for a passport at the United States Passport Agency Website: http://www.travel.state.gov/
No appointment is necessary for passport photos. If you are at the store 30 minutes or more before closing time, you can have your photos while you wait (about 10 minutes).
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR
Because a white background is required, it is strongly recommended that you do NOT wear a white blouse, shirt, or jacket. All other colors are acceptable.
TIME: Most passport photos will be ready within 10 to 15 minutes, while you wait.
